Hi, Today we’re going to work on the “-ull” sound like in the words “pull” and “full." Rhyme It Parents, read the following words out loud. The Dull Bull The dull bull did not want to play. He wanted to rest all day. He was not sad, or mad. But he also was not glad. He didn’t want to talk to the cow. He didn’t want to pull the plow. He didn’t want to go to the mall. He just wanted to stay in his stall. That is, until he had a bit of food. And then the dull bull was happy. And full. And content. ------------------------------- Explain It Now have your child answer a couple questions about the story:

  1. Who was the main character of the story?

  2. Do you think the bull was dull? Why or why not?
