Today we’re going to work on the “gr-” sound like in the words “grab” and “grip." Rhyme It Parents, read the following words out loud. Go Grab Gran

“Go grab Gran," Anna told her sister, Val.


Gran was sitting on a rug in her room.

Val put a blindfold on Gran and said, "Come with me."

Gran did not want to go.

She asked, "Why? What's all this?”

But Val got her to go.

In the backyard, Anna had set up a blanket on the green grass.

She had a basket full of food and snacks.

"It’s a picnic," said Anna, “just for the three of us.”
