Fifty Cents a Cap!
“Caps for sale! Caps for sale! Fifty cents a cap!” yelled the guy at the market.
I wanted to help him. I really did.
The poor guy needed to freshen up his pitch.
So I smiled at him. I looked him in the face. And I waited awhile.
But he would not look at me. Even when I scolded him for saying the same stale line over and over again, he would not listen to me.
So I gave up. And as I walked away, I could hear him chant, “Caps for sale! Caps for sale! Fifty cents a cap!”

Explain It
